PLM System, Management Upgrade

To further enhance product lifecycle management and strengthen data collaboration and process integration across R&D, engineering, and production, the company has recently officially launched its PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.

The system, centered around the BOM (Bill of Materials), covers key nodes including product design, process planning, material management, and engineering change control, enabling seamless interconnection between R&D data and production systems. The go-live of the PLM system effectively resolves previous pain points such as version confusion in design drawings, delayed change notifications, and inefficient cross-departmental collaboration. It provides a unified and traceable data source throughout the entire product development process, significantly shortening R&D cycles and improving product quality stability.
