MingLux Mid-Year Review

In the first half of the year, the company maintained its composure amid a complex and volatile market environment, with all business units operating in an orderly manner. Project delivery, product optimization, and customer service—three core pillars—advanced in parallel, and overall operational indicators largely met expectations.

During the mid-year review meeting, the management conducted a systematic evaluation of each department's performance: acknowledging the production team's efforts in efficiency improvement, recognizing the R&D team's progress in technology accumulation, and reviewing the sales team's market performance in key regions. At the same time, it was clearly pointed out that challenges remain in process coordination and response speed. In the second half, the focus must be on organizational effectiveness and delivery quality—ensuring every step is executed solidly.

Following the meeting, all employees gathered for a group photo. What the lens captured was not just a collection of faces, but the unspoken understanding built through half a year of working side by side. For the rest of the year, we will continue to stay grounded and move steadily forward.
